Welcome to Latest Furniture. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, images and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

As wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, knots, shade and finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

2. Product Dimensions

Product dimensions displayed on the website are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur, particularly with handcrafted or made-to-order furniture.

Customers should check product dimensions and ensure that the furniture is suitable for their space and can pass through doors, lifts, staircases and other access points before ordering.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes will be charged or reflected as required.

Latest Furniture reserves the right to update product prices, offers or promotions. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation.

We reserve the right to contact a customer if additional information is required to process an order or if a product cannot be supplied as ordered.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment, the customer will be informed and an appropriate refund will be arranged.

5. Made-to-Order & Customised Furniture

Many Latest Furniture products are made to order.

Where a customer requests customisation—including changes to dimensions, finish, colour, upholstery, storage or design—the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final specifications before production begins.

Once customised specifications have been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free pan-India delivery, subject to serviceability at the delivery PIN code.

Our standard delivery timeline is generally 7–10 working days. Made-to-order or customised furniture may require additional time depending on manufacturing requirements, customisation and delivery location. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

7. Cancellation & Returns

Standard orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided processing or production has not started.

Customised and made-to-order products may be subject to additional cancellation and return restrictions.

Transit damage, an incorrect product or a visible defect should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required photographs and unboxing video.

8. Warranty

Our furniture is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty, subject to the exclusions and conditions stated in our Warranty Policy.

Natural wood variations, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on the Latest Furniture website, including our branding, text, graphics, product descriptions and original images, is owned by or licensed for use by Latest Furniture and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, subject to applicable law.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and product information available and accurate. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website when required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Latest Furniture will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow care instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply, subject to applicable law.
